Join Instructor Angie Cordoni for an afternoon of gossip & nibbles! Learn to make elegant scones, fresh lemon curd, & classic tea sandwiches. The perfect class to prepare for a wedding shower or celebrate a milestone with your friends! The history of high tea will be discussed, specifically how it paved the way for women to have a voice in politics and power. At the end of class we will prepare a formal high tea with tiered stands, vintage cups, elegant linens and ambience. So don your fascinator and join us!
